With over 18 years of clinical and leadership experience, George combines precision diagnostics with personalised care to create tailored hearing solutions that fit seamlessly into each patient’s lifestyle. He specialises in premium hearing aid fittings, complex cases, and comprehensive cochlear implant programming and ongoing optimisation.

Supriya Cherian,
Director & Principal Audiologist
Supriya Cherian is a formally qualified Audiologist with over 12 years of clinical experience and a clear mission to support the hearing health of local communities. She has proudly served the Ballarat region for over 9 years, working closely with individuals, families, and older adults to improve communication and quality of life.
She holds a Bachelor of Audiology & Speech Language Pathology (BASLP) and is a fully qualified practitioner through the Australian College of Audiology(AcAud). Supriya is committed to providing ethical, evidence-based and person-centred hearing care, ensuring clients receive clear advice and appropriate solutions tailored to their individual needs.

As an independent audiologist, Supriya values long-term relationships and community connections. She is passionate about making hearing care accessible, respectful, and free from pressure, empowering people to make informed decisions about their hearing health.
